Silver.dev has clients and would-be clients willing and able to sponsor immigration visas to the United States. The visas include O1, J1 visas and possibly L1 for future clients, depending on the interests and profile of candidates and companies.
Candidates who wish to achieve this need to compete head-to-head with American talent and beat them aggressively in quality. This is also a journey of uncertainty, hardship, and personal transformation.

Requirements
C1 English or Above
90 %+ pass rate on LC medium level challenges under 45 minutes.
Fully fluent in end-to-end application development. Leaning FE or BE is ok.
Exceptional traits: open source contributions, successful product launches, distinguished achievements or rocket-ship career track
