Our client is seeking a Junior Virtual Assistant to provide part-time administrative support. This role is ideal for someone organized, detail-oriented, and an excellent communicator. The Junior Virtual Assistant will assist with administrative tasks, data entry, sales operations support, logistics, and scheduling to help streamline operations and ensure smooth day-to-day functions.

Role Overview
The Junior Virtual Assistant will support daily administrative, sales ops, logistics, and scheduling functions. This role is essential to maintaining organizational efficiency, ensuring accurate data entry, coordinating logistics, and supporting communication across teams.
Key Responsibilities
Admin Support & Data Entry
Assist with data entry tasks, ensuring accurate and timely input of client information into systems.
Organize and maintain files, spreadsheets, and databases for efficiency and accessibility.
Sales Ops & Admin Support
Assist with sales operations tasks, including tracking sales leads.
Support the sales team with administrative duties, including maintaining client records.
Help manage sales data, ensuring timely follow-ups and accurate entry into the sales pipeline.
Logistics Tasks
Support the team with logistical tasks such as coordinating deliveries, appointments, and tracking items.
Maintain accurate records of logistical activities to ensure smooth operations.
Scheduling & Calendar Management
Manage the executive’s calendar and schedule meetings and appointments.
Ensure meetings are efficiently organized, with reminders and required materials prepared in advance.
Handle email management, respond to inquiries, and schedule follow-ups as needed.
Communication Support
Act as a point of contact for internal communications and assist with email correspondence.
Ensure timely follow-up on action items and maintain clear, professional communication across platforms.
General Administrative Tasks
Provide support on miscellaneous administrative tasks as needed.
Assist with document preparation, research, and coordination of various projects.
Qualifications
Experience
Prior experience in an administrative support or virtual assistant role is preferred.
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar).
Familiarity with calendar management tools and email systems such as Gmail or Outlook.
Skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Highly organized and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
