Our client is seeking a talented direct response specialist to help drive lead generation through persuasive copy and strategic creative execution. They are a results-driven team focused on crafting high-converting ads, emails, landing pages, and social content designed to generate leads and drive sales.

Role Overview
The Copywriter Creative Assistant will work closely with the team to create high-converting ad copy, emails, landing pages, and social media content that generates leads and drives sales. This is a hands-on performance creative role.
The role is ideal for someone passionate about persuasive writing, developing compelling creative concepts, and contributing to performance-focused campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
Ad Creative & Copywriting
Create direct response ads for:
Facebook (primary)
Email creatives (images embedded in simple HTML templates)
Listicles (BuzzFeed-style “10 best ways…” style pages)
Short videos for paid social (FB, possibly others)
Develop email and SMS campaigns that connect with potential leads.
Create long-form and short-form sales content such as listicles, advertorials, and landing page copy.
Creative Strategy & Testing
Help create effective offers and strategies to grab attention and drive conversions.
Test different ideas to identify top performers and adjust copy based on results.
Design & Visual Storytelling
Use design tools such as Canva and Figma to create simple graphics and video assets for ads and social media.
Ensure visuals tell a compelling story aligned with the messaging.
Optimize Landing Pages
Write landing page copy that matches ad content and persuades visitors to take action.
Recommend improvements to increase landing page conversions.
Qualifications
Experience
3 - 5 years of experience in direct response copywriting (not branding or corporate communications).
Proven experience with Winning FB creatives, Measurable conversion improvements (CTR, CVR, CPA).
Portfolio showcasing ads, funnels, listicles, email campaigns, and other direct-response content.
Ability to test ideas and adjust strategies quickly.
Experience in affiliate marketing is a plus.
Skills
Strong understanding of persuasion, hooks, and calls to action (CTAs).
Proficiency using design tools such as Canva and Figma for simple creative assets.
Strong collaboration and communication skills.

90-day success: Producing FB/email/listicle creatives where they and their listicle/media partners can see strong clicks + lead volume and conversion rates that justify scaling.
