Role Overview
The Content Creator will support the development of creative assets across digital marketing channels, producing both written and visual content for Meta paid ad campaigns and organic social media. The role involves drafting ad copy, video scripts, and platform-specific content while collaborating with marketing and design teams to align creative output with campaign objectives and brand strategy.
Key Responsibilities
Ad Creative
Develop ad copy and creative concepts for Meta paid ad campaigns aligned with marketing goals and brand voice.
Collaborate with the marketing team to produce content optimized for creativity and conversions.
Video Script Writing
Assist with video scriptwriting for organic social media, including Instagram, Facebook, and additional platforms.
Work with the team to ensure scripts align with brand objectives and creative direction.
Content Creation Across Channels
Produce high-quality content for multiple platforms, including social media posts and video scripts.
Ensure content is consistent, engaging, and tailored to each audience and channel.
Collaboration & Strategy
Partner with design and marketing teams to ensure content aligns with brand strategy and campaign goals.
Contribute to brainstorming sessions and help develop creative ideas for future campaigns.
Optimization & Performance
Track content performance and adjust based on engagement metrics and feedback.
Qualifications
Experience
2+ years of experience in content creation focused on digital marketing and paid media campaigns.
Proven experience creating copy and content for paid ads and organic social media.
Skills
Proficiency with content creation tools such as Canva, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.
Familiarity with Meta ad platforms and understanding of ad creative optimization.
Ability to write in a consistent brand voice with a creative, conversion-focused approach.
Knowledge of social media trends, content metrics, and content optimization.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Excellent written communication skills and attention to detail.
