Role Overview
The Revenue Growth Manager will own revenue execution end-to-end, turning paid traffic into predictable revenue from first click through payment. This role is responsible for rebuilding and operating the full funnel, improving conversion at every stage, and working closely with sales to ensure efficient lead conversion in a high-accountability, performance-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
Paid Acquisition & Funnel Ownership
Own and operate the entire revenue funnel from paid traffic to payment
Build, rebuild, and optimize paid acquisition funnels
Create structured testing plans across offers, messaging, and funnel paths
Ruthlessly prioritize initiatives that drive revenue rather than vanity metrics
Ensure funnel performance aligns with aggressive growth goals
Creative Strategy & Conversion Optimization
Lead creative testing with clear structure and discipline
Define hypotheses for creative angles, hooks, and formats
Review performance quickly and adjust strategies without ego
Improve conversion rates and customer acquisition costs through experimentation
Pressure-test offers, not just advertisements
Revenue Analytics & Sales Alignment
Own reporting, attribution, and full funnel visibility
Treat performance data as objective review, focused on improvement
Work directly with sales to improve lead quality and conversion
Diagnose funnel breakdowns and implement fixes quickly
Strengthen marketing-to-sales handoff effectiveness
Qualifications
Experience
Proven experience owning revenue outcomes, not just managing campaigns
Hands-on experience operating paid acquisition funnels
Experience working closely with sales teams on lead conversion
Background in performance-driven, results-oriented environments
Skills
Strong analytical mindset with comfort reviewing performance data objectively
Ability to prioritize revenue-driving actions under pressure
Comfort with accountability, measurement, and outcome-based evaluation
Ability to move quickly, review results, and iterate
Discipline, consistency, and respect for process and repetition
