Role Overview
The Graphic Designer will create visually compelling, conversion-focused assets across email marketing, web, and social media. This role blends creativity and strategy, supporting digital storytelling and performance-driven design while maintaining a cohesive, premium brand identity.
Key Responsibilities
Design & Content Creation
Design social media graphics, web banners, email templates, and digital marketing assets aligned with brand identity.
Create carousels, hooks, and conversion-driven layouts optimized for performance.
Design YouTube thumbnails, product visuals, and marketing collateral that drive attention and engagement.
Translate creative briefs into high-quality designs in close collaboration with the marketing team.
Ensure all content follows brand guidelines and maintains a cohesive visual identity.
Marketing Collaboration
Support Klaviyo email design, ensuring campaigns are visually engaging and mobile-responsive.
Collaborate on campaign creative strategy, balancing aesthetics with marketing effectiveness.
Apply CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) principles to improve design performance.
Maintain consistent brand voice and identity across all design touchpoints.
Technical & Creative Execution
Apply strong typography, layout, and color theory across all assets.
Use design psychology and user behavior insights to inform visual decisions.
Support caption writing and text overlays when needed.
Qualifications
Experience
2+ years of graphic design experience, preferably within the FMCG industry.
Proven portfolio showcasing high-quality, conversion-focused digital design.
Experience designing across social media, email, and web platforms.
Skills
Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Figma, and Canva.
Strong understanding of branding and visual identity systems.
Knowledge of Klaviyo and basic HTML/CSS for email design is a plus.
Excellent written English for captions and text overlays.
Strong communication and project management skills.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and collaborative mindset.
