Role Overview

The Digital Marketing Technologist will oversee the company’s digital go-to-market function, managing the MARTECH stack, advertising campaigns, website, analytics, and marketing operations to drive lead generation, brand visibility, operational efficiency, and actionable intelligence.

The role requires a strategic marketer with technical depth across automation, reporting, digital channels, and content execution.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Operations

  • Manage the marketing technology stack, primarily Salesforce.com and Marketo.

  • Establish and execute plans for database cleansing and growth, removing outdated information, contacts, workflows, and other components.

  • Create and interpret reports and dashboards that provide actionable insights for sales and marketing leadership.

  • Work closely with sales, channel, and business development teams to improve marketing and sales operations and efficiency.

Digital Advertising & Campaign Management

  • Develop and execute targeted digital advertising campaigns that drive leads and brand awareness.

  • Lead automated outbound programs including nurture, reactivation, and customer engagement.

  • Collaborate with agencies and internal stakeholders to create content and ad copy for successful campaign execution.

  • Align with channel and alliance teams to ensure digital support for joint go-to-market activities.

  • Manage the digital marketing budget.

Website, Content & Social Media

  • Manage, integrate, and optimize the company website and blog.

  • Lead the social marketing plan and execution to drive increased audience engagement and influencer marketing.

  • Collaborate with agencies and vendor partners to support digital initiatives.

Qualifications

Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a relevant field.

  • 5+ years of digital marketing experience, including 3+ years managing marketing automation programs.

  • Certified in Marketo/Eloqua and Salesforce.com.

  • Google Ads and Analytics certified, plus experience with digital advertising platforms, content syndication, and intent-based marketing.

  • Web development skills, including WordPress management, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

  • Adobe Creative Cloud experience.

  • Proven success designing and implementing digital marketing campaigns.

  • In-depth understanding of marketing technologies and experience building a MARTECH roadmap.

  • B2B technology marketing experience; cloud services preferred.

  • Experience implementing or managing GDPR-based marketing programs preferred.
