Role Overview
The Digital Designer will support the marketing team by creating engaging, visually compelling assets optimized for multiple digital channels. This role plays a key part in shaping the brand’s visual identity and contributes to the creative direction and execution of design projects across the marketing ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing & Campaign Design
Create marketing assets including social media graphics, website visuals, email templates, promotional materials, and internal and external enablement assets (decks, presentations, PDFs).
Design assets that support campaign goals, product launches, and marketing initiatives.
Brand & Visual Consistency
Ensure all designs align with the brand’s visual identity, messaging, and marketing objectives.
Maintain consistency across all digital touchpoints.
Website & Social Media Design
Design web pages, landing pages, and social media assets that engage users and support conversion goals.
Optimize visuals for different platforms and formats.
Collaboration & Creative Support
Work closely with the marketing and content teams to support visual storytelling.
Incorporate feedback from cross-functional stakeholders and iterate efficiently.
Qualifications
Experience
2+ years of experience in graphic design and UI/UX, with a focus on digital and marketing design.
Experience designing for websites, social media, email marketing, and other digital channels.
Skills
Proficiency in Figma is required.
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and other design tools is a plus.
Strong understanding of branding and creating assets aligned with brand messaging and positioning.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally while incorporating feedback.
