Role Overview
The Customer Support Agent will provide high-quality support for inbound customer inquiries, ensuring issues are addressed efficiently and professionally. This role is responsible for managing customer requests, collecting and tracking customer data, and maintaining clear communication throughout the resolution process to ensure a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Inbound Customer Support
Handle inbound customer calls and address inquiries with accurate and helpful information
Maintain a positive, friendly, and professional tone during all customer interactions
Data Collection & Documentation
Collect customer information and ensure accurate tracking in internal systems
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, including inquiries, complaints, and follow-up actions
Issue Resolution & Communication
Provide effective solutions to customer concerns and escalate issues when necessary
Keep customers informed with clear and concise updates throughout the resolution process
Collaboration
Work closely with internal teams to support smooth operations and timely issue resolution
Qualifications
Experience
Prior experience in customer support or customer service is preferred but not required
Skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Positive, energetic, and personable approach to customer interactions
Ability to multitask and manage multiple inquiries efficiently
Strong attention to detail when tracking customer data and managing requests
Comfort using CRM systems or customer support tools
