Role Overview
The AI Enablement Specialist will lead the design and execution of an 8–12 week enablement program (10–20 hours/week) focused on training, coaching, and supporting managers, directors, and the leadership team in adopting AI-driven workflows. This role will audit workflows, develop prompt libraries, create internal documentation, deliver training sessions, and support long-term AI adoption to increase productivity and reduce operational friction.
Key Responsibilities
Workflow Audits & AI Integration
Conduct in-depth workflow audits with managers and directors to identify inefficiencies and high-value AI opportunities.
Pinpoint tasks where AI can reduce workload, accelerate performance, or improve output quality.
Training, Coaching & Change Management
Deliver group training sessions (initial and reinforcement sessions).
Provide 1:1 coaching to embed AI into daily workflows.
Host office hours for real-time troubleshooting and guidance.
Foster a culture of AI fluency to ensure long-term adoption and continuous improvement.
Prompt Libraries, Systems & Documentation
Develop role-specific prompt libraries and reusable AI systems tailored to team needs.
Create clear, actionable internal playbooks and documentation for sustainable AI adoption.
Adoption Tracking & Reporting
Monitor usage, gather feedback, and track time savings and efficiency gains.
Deliver a final adoption and ROI report outlining measurable outcomes.
AI Workgroup Leadership
Lead the bi-weekly internal AI workgroup to drive collaboration and share best practices.
Promote a culture of AI fluency to support long-term adoption and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
Experience
Proven experience as an AI Productivity Coach, AI Enablement Consultant, or in a similar role.
Background in operations, workflow optimization, corporate training, or change management.
Hands-on experience building prompt systems and practical AI workflows.
Experience coaching non-technical leaders on using AI tools.
Familiarity with ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, or other AI productivity platforms.
Skills
Strong communication and training skills.
Ability to translate complex workflows into simple, repeatable AI-driven processes.
Strong change management capabilities.
Ability to work with cross-functional leaders and drive adoption across teams.
