Project overview

This project focuses on supporting both the core healthcare platform and marketing/growth initiatives, with an emphasis on leveraging AI to automate workflows for independent practices. As a Frontend Engineer, you will collaborate across design, engineering, and growth teams to enhance user experiences in the main application, marketing site, and internal tools. The company is in a rapid growth phase, backed by recent seed funding, and is looking to expand its talented team.

Responsibilities

• Support the team lead with feature development and enhancements.

• Implement customer-driven requests and feedback.

• Take part in reducing technical debt for the core React/TypeScript application.

• Collaborate closely with design and product to deliver a top-quality user experience.

• Operate within one-week cycles, shipping high-quality code quickly to meet customer needs.

Requirements

• Strong experience with React, TypeScript, and modern frontend development.

• Solid understanding of design systems and component-driven architecture.

• Excellent communication skills and fluency in English.

• Proactive problem-solver with a focus on scalable platform development.

• Willingness to work closely with engineering leadership and cross-functional partners.

• Demonstrated ownership mindset—the ability to drive features from concept to production without constant supervision.

Nice to Have

• Exposure to full-stack technologies.

• Curiosity and interest in learning Go (Golang).

• Previous experience working in fast-paced, early-stage environments or startups.
